DEPOSIT/DEADLINE: There is a deposit due at Registration and the deadline is 5pm CST, Friday, November 10, 2017. Once you have registered via the booking link, you will receive a receipt via email. In order to avoid errors each time a payment is made you will be asked to fill out a form. NOTE: We will send a reminder when the 2nd and Final payments are due; however, you are welcome to make payments as often as you like prior to the official due dates. IMPORTANT: In an effort to make this affordable for everyone, our plan was to start registration as early as possible, allowing one year to pay and prepare; therefore, at this time airfare has not been included in the package cost.
